We re-certify as required so our knowledge of QuickBooks Online is cutting edge. The cloud ecosystem is growing at an incredible rate and we strive to keep up with what solutions might help our clients work better with less effort.

We are Mac based and work exclusively in QuickBooks Online Plus (QBO). We build our service packages based on your needs. Each client is different.
Getting Started
QuickBooks Online New Company Set-up:
For new businesses or for those starting a new set of books using QuickBooks Online Plus. This service includes set-up, a custom chart of accounts, connecting bank and credit cards and basic navigation training. Email support for the first month.

Conversion to QuickBooks Online from QB Desktop:
First we evaluate whether QBO is the right choice for your business. Then we make a test conversion. Once we know that the conversion was successful and the numbers match, we can get started. Complex conversions may be referred out.
Full Company Review and Clean Up:
Clients interested in working with Add Insight on an ongoing monthly basis and that have an existing QBO company account, need to start with a Full Company Review. By giving Add Insight access to the QBO file, we can review the file to see how much clean up work needs to be done prior to getting started on an ongoing basis. Using a 17 point checklist, clients will be provided with a report of the problems identified. No corrections will be done at this time. The cost for this review is $250 prepaid. This fee can be applied to the clean up to be done, if needed. If the books are clean, we can get right to work. Note: we only do Full Company Reviews of QBO files.
An estimate of how many months of clean up work will be provided and what that fee per month will be. Cleaning up a month can take up to three times more than the time it takes handle a current month. 50% deposit required to start with balance due upon completion.
Ongoing Services
Monthly Bookkeeping Services*:
Core: Basic service, or after-the fact-bookkeeping, you pay the bills and create the invoices each month. On a monthly basis, we apply customer payments, import transactions via bank feed, and provide monthly reconciliations for a flat monthly fee. Quarterly management reports. Basic weekly email support.
Current: Weekly monitoring and review of bank feeds and transactions. Includes HubDoc subscription for fetching bank statements and for attaching receipts into QBO. Management reports including monthly Income statement and Balance Sheet. Quarterly review sessions. Email and text support provided within 48 hours.
Concierge: For those wanting assistance with planning, budgets, projections, cash flow forecasting, app selection, implementation and suggestions for improving business processes. Includes UP TO DATE bookkeeping assistance plus unlimited support, training and consulting.
Monthly Add On Services:
Accounts Payable: includes bill approval and payment of bills.
Cash Flow Forecasting: Implementation and maintenance of cash flow forecasting and budgeting with Float App.
Year End 1099: includes collecting of W-9s using Track1099.com, annual review of payments to independent contractors, preparation of 1099s, electronic reporting and email delivery in January.
Sales Tax Management and Filing: monitoring of rate changes, spot check of transactions, payment and reporting. For clients with sales in one locality only. More complex sales tax will require additional apps for better accuracy.
Payroll: includes payroll processing, liability payments, form filings, direct deposit and integration with QuickBooks Online. May include payments to independent contractors
